Initial indications are that this death is not criminal in nature.

At 9:27 AM on October 24, 2022, Anchorage Police responded to the 300-block of W 2nd Avenue regarding a deceased adult female who was found lying outside.  APD’s Crime Scene Team will be responding to process the area.  Ultimately the cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner.

No streets are closed to traffic.
