September 5, 2024 – Body worn camera (BWC) footage of the officer involved shooting that took place on June 3, 2024, at 1300 E 19th Avenue is now available for public viewing (APD Case 24-17124).  One video includes the BWC footage along with commentary that explains the facts of the case, the 9-1-1 calls, and the officers’ radio traffic.

The unedited BWC footage is also available for viewing.  Faces and injuries have been redacted.
