A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 35-year-old Billie J. Martin who left the Midtown Center.  Martin was most recently convicted of Violate Conditions of Release for a Felony and Theft II.

Martin is 5’02” tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
