Feliuai Indicted for Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Enticement of a Minor

FROM THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE:

April 17, 2023 (Anchorage, AK) – On Friday, an Anchorage grand jury returned an indictment charging 28-year-old Kevin Feliuai with one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and two counts of enticement of a minor for offenses that occurred in March and April 2023 involving a 14-year-old. All three offenses are class B felonies.

These charges are only allegations and are not evidence of guilt. The defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the prosecution must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Feliuai is in the custody of the Department of Corrections. His bail is set at $10,000 cash performance plus conditions of release, including electronic monitoring by the Pre-Trial Enforcement Division (PED). He faces up to 99 years for each of the charges. Feliuai is scheduled to be arraigned before the Anchorage Superior Court on April 18, 2023.
