LARGE POLICE PRESENCE: ​W. 32ND AVE AND DAWSON ST.

ROAD CLOSURES: ​W 32nd Ave ​ is closed between ​Dawson St​ and ​Eureka St​ Please avoid the area and follow the officers’ instructions if you need to be in the vicinity.

UPDATE: On March 5, 2025, at approximately 10:53 PM, officers responded to the area of West 32nd Avenue and Dawson Street following multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with trauma to the upper body. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. While securing the scene, officers discovered a second adult male with trauma to the lower body, who was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Both victims are currently in stable condition.

NARRATIVE: There is a large police presence around the ​3100-Blk Cheechako St​ Please follow officers’ instructions if you are in the area.  If you do not need to be in the vicinity, please avoid it and seek alternative routes until further notice. Depending on the situation, our response may require using a variety of tactics and tools, to include the drone.
