NARRATIVE: There is a large police presence in the area of 40th Ave, Arctic Blvd, and Tudor Road.  Please follow officers’ instructions if you are in the area.  If you do not need to be in the vicinity, please avoid it and seek alternative routes until further notice. The Crime Scene Team has responded to process the scene. Depending on the situation, our response may require using a variety of tactics and tools, including the drone.
