Locate for Inmate Randy Randall; Halfway House Escapee; Parkview Center

A felony warrant for Escape III has been obtained for 54-year-old Randy D. Randall who left the Parkview Center.  Randall had recently been sentenced for False ID.

Randall is 5’08” tall, 150 pounds with a bald head and blue eyes.  He has tattoos on his chest and right arm.  Randall was last seen wearing a black jacket, red baseball cap, white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.  He was carrying a navy backpack.
