Locate for Inmate Robert J. Ramus - Escapee from the Clitheroe Center

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 36-year-old Robert J. Ramus who left the Clitheroe Center where he was court mandated to be.  Ramus was most recently convicted of Misconduct Involving a Weapon III – Felon in Possession.

Ramus is 5’09” tall, 175 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on both sides of his neck.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and was carrying a black backpack.
