Missing Person Locate: 79-year-old Kathleen Huston

Anchorage Police are requesting the public’s help in locating 79-year-old Kathleen Huston.  Huston was last seen early this morning near E 4th Avenue and Denali Street downtown.  Efforts to locate her over the last several hours have been unsuccessful.  There is concern for Huston’s well-being as she has Alzheimer’s along with other medical conditions that require medication that she does not have with her.

Huston is believed to be travelling on foot.  She is 5’06” tall, 195 pounds with graying blonde hair and hazel eyes.  She was last seen wearing a blue, black, and pink dress underneath a pink cardigan (as seen in attached photo taken earlier today).  She is pushing a red walker with wheels.  Anyone with information regarding Huston’s whereabouts is asked to call APD Dispatch at 3-1-1 (option #1) or 907-786-8900 (press “0”).
