Call 9-1-1 if you see JNR707 – 2008 blue Chevy Cobalt 4-door

Anchorage Police contacted the two people who were in the Chevy Cobalt when the APD detective initiated a traffic stop on the car early this morning.  Through the investigation it was determined the adult male driver and adult female passenger were known to one another and had some type of disagreement, however no one was harmed.

 The driver, 41-year-old Paul A. Greeno, was remanded at the Anchorage Jail on the charges of Felony Eluding and Violate Conditions of Release.

At 6:29 AM on January 4, 2022, an APD detective saw a 2008 blue Chevy Cobalt 4-door at W 10th Avenue and E Street. The detective saw two people inside, one of whom appeared to be in distress. The detective initiated a traffic stop at which time the Chevy’s driver accelerated and left the area at a high rate of speed.

The Chevy has a green LED light in the windshield, and the rear brake lights flash when the driver applies the brakes.

Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
