Crime Scene Investigation; 8400-block of Ragged Top Circle

The female passed away from her injuries on March 27, 2023 and this case is now being investigated as a homicide.

At 02:44 PM on March 25, 2023, officers assigned to day shift patrol responded to a medic assist call from medics with the Anchorage Fire Department to the 8400-block of Ragged Top Circle in reference to an adult female who was found inside the home with injuries to the upper and lower body. The female has been transported to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.

APD’s Crime Scene Team will be responding to process the area. Detectives have contacted everyone believed to be involved in this investigation and are not looking for anyone at this time. No charges have been filed at this time.
