Anchorage Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 2014 black Lincoln Navigator with Alaska plates CHZCKE. A stock photo of the vehicle is attached to this release.
The vehicle belongs to the adult female victim of last week’s Resurrection Drive homicide. Anyone with information regarding the current location of the Navigator is asked to call APD Dispatch at 907-786-8900 (press “0”) or 3-1-1 (option #1).

Jalonni Blackshear was found in New York state; he has been taken into custody.

The deceased have been identified as a 35-year-old female and a 14-year-old female. Their deaths are being investigated as a homicide.
39-year-old Jalonni M. Blackshear has been identified as a person of interest in this case. Jalonni is considered to be armed and dangerous; it is believed that he has fled the state. Jalonni is 5’10” tall, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call the Anchorage Police Department at 907-786-8900 (press “0”). Jalonni is related to both victims. Due to this being a domestic violence related crime, the victims’ names will not be released.

The Anchorage Police Department is seeking the community's assistance in locating 39-year-old Jalonni Blackshear. Blackshear currently has active warrants.
Blackshear is an adult African American male, 5’10”, 250lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is from the Anchorage area but is believed to be traveling somewhere in the East coast currently.
Blackshear is considered to be armed and dangerous.

At 1:08 PM on April 15, 2022, Anchorage Police officers assigned to Day Shift Patrol responded to the 3800-block of Resurrection Drive in reference to a welfare check. When Officers arrived, they discovered two people deceased in the residence.
While circumstances around the death are still under investigation, police have deemed this death suspicious in nature. The Crime Scene Team has responded to process the scene. Ultimately the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
