Homicide; The Bullion Brothers at 3201 Spenard Road

Update on 9/13/17:
The preliminary investigation found the suspect started a fight with the owner for unknown reasons, pulled out a gun, and shot the owner multiple times. The suspect then shot the other two victims before fleeing the scene.

As officers were in route to the Jewel Lake area to search for the suspect, the suspect called APD saying he wanted to turn himself in. Based on his call and the information from the tip, officers were able to locate the suspect and take him into custody.

The suspect has been arrested and faces three counts of 1st Degree Murder. He’s been identified as Anthony Pisano (43-years-old).

The victims have been identified and next of kin notification has been made:
-Steven Cook (31 years old), owner of The Bullion Brothers
-Kenneth Hartman (48 years old)
-Daniel McCreadie (31 years old)

No additional details are being released at this time pending the investigation.

9/12/17 Update:
On 9/12/17 at 9:56 a.m., Dispatch received a report of a shooting at 3201 Spenard Road (The Bullion Brothers).

When officers arrived, they found an adult male deceased lying in the front door way, a second adult male deceased lying in the front area of the business and a third adult male alive lying in another part of the business. All three had been shot. The third victim was transported to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The suspect, an adult male, fled the scene in a vehicle.

During this time, officers received a tip that the suspect was headed to the Jewel Lake area. Officers spotted the suspect on Dimond Blvd. and safely took him into custody in the area of Dimond Blvd. and Minnesota Drive.

The suspect and multiple witnesses are being questioned.

No additional details are being released at this time pending the investigation.
