Locate: Inmate Alfred Dixon; Halfway House Escapee; Parkview Center

A felony warrant for Escape has been obtained for 54-year-old Alfred D. Dixon who left the Parkview Center with permission but failed to return by the specified time.  He also cut off his ankle monitor. Dixon was serving time for Assault III and Fail to Stop.
