Locate: Inmate Damien McCutcheon; Halfway House Escapee from Midtown Center

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 23-year-old Damien C. McCutcheon who walked away from the Midtown Center and cut off his ankle monitor.  He was serving time for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance III.
