Missing Juvenile Locate: 13-year-old Melissa Richardson

Anchorage Police are still searching for Melissa. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts are asked to contact APD Dispatch at 3-1-1 (option #1) or 907-786-8900 (press “0”). An additional photo has been added showing what Melissa is currently wearing.

Officers are requesting the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Melissa Richardson. Melissa was last seen at 10PM on May 31, 2022, at Abbott Loop Elementary School at 8427 Lake Otis Parkway.  Efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Melissa is 5’7” tall, 102 pounds with long black hair and dark eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, a black hoody, dark blue jeans, and black shoes; she was riding a purple bicycle.
