A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 33-year-old Matthew W. Phillips who left the Cordova Center.  Phillips was serving time for theft and assault charges.

Phillips is 5’10” tall, 170 pounds with long black hair and dark brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, and sneakers.
