Warrant Locate for Inmate Shayna R. Beltran; Midtown Center Halfway House Escapee

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 32-year-old Shayna R. Beltran who left the Midtown Center.  Beltran was serving time for Theft II charges.
