Stinson was in a residence on the 2300-block of W 47th Avenue.  Stinson had an outstanding felony warrant for a parole violation.  Upon arrival officers confirmed Stinson was inside.  Officers attempted to talk Stinson out of the residence, but he refused to exit.  Multiple less lethal and K9 warnings were given which all went unheeded.  After a search warrant was obtained, officers made entry.

Griggs told them Stinson had been there previously but no longer was.  Officers advised Griggs they knew Stinson was inside; they gave her several hindering warnings, but she failed to cooperate.  She was ultimately remanded at Hiland Mountain Correctional Center for Hinder Prosecution in the First Degree.

Delaney III was remanded on an existing misdemeanor warrant.  Delaney was additionally charged with False Information because he repeatedly gave information to officers that was not his own.
